All surgeons remain at work, and the number of calls from victims is increasing. Two men were hospitalized, one of them in critical condition. The mayor said that the man was on his way to save people.

Water in the city will be supplied on an hourly schedule, it was announced this morning. Part of the tram route in the city center has been destroyed, which will lead to restrictions on tram traffic. Currently, only route No. 3 is operating.

It is important to note that the “Punkti Nezlamnosti” (Safety Point) began operating in Konotop, and people whose homes were damaged were transported to special places to stay overnight.
