The holiday of Sukkot is in full swing, and many Israelis are heading out into nature. National parks proved to be popular holiday destinations during the early days of the holiday. The most visited are Ein Gedi, Caesarea, Beit Govrin, Mamshit, Yarkon and Tel Lachish with a new visitor center.

600 people spent the night in park campsites. The most popular parking areas are in the Mamshit and Masada parks. The Lottery and National Parks Departments are reviving the Cultural Breathing Project and offering free performances during Sukkot.

In Masada Park, guests have access to a challenging walking route with archaeological sites that were previously closed to the public. A safety rope is used for the safety of participants. Encounters with culture and nature are always popular among holidaymakers.
