The owner of the company and two drivers were put on trial for transporting terrorists to Jaffa.

Prosecutors have accused the owner of a Jerusalem transport company of facilitating the Jaffa terrorist attack and causing death by negligence. The terrorist attack in October killed seven people and seriously injured several others. The defendant allegedly instructed drivers to transport illegal immigrants to Israel, which allowed militants to enter the country.

The two drivers who delivered the terrorists to Jaffa also faced charges of negligent homicide and grievous bodily harm.

They did not identify the passengers, who were carrying a backpack with Hebrew writing and an M-16 rifle. The company owner and drivers transported Palestinian illegal immigrants to Israel after the outbreak of hostilities in Gaza.
