International Humanitarian and Pedagogical Institute “Beit Hana”located in the Ukrainian city of Dnepr, together with the Israeli pedagogical college “Orot Israel” are launching a unique educational program “Teacher of the Diaspora”.
The goal of the program is to support Jewish educational institutions and prepare specialists for work in the Diaspora.
The program is aimed at teachers of Jewish schools and students wishing to develop teaching skills.
The program lasts one year and includes distance learning and practice in Israel. In addition, participants are given the opportunity to receive grants.
Beit Hana: history, mission and contribution to education
Since its founding in 1995, the Beit Hana International Humanitarian Pedagogical Institute has become the only university in Ukraine that trains teachers for Jewish schools, including teachers and educators who speak Hebrew and are familiar with the history and traditions of the Jewish people.
The Institute actively cooperates with Ukrainian and Israeli universities, implementing joint projects. Over 29 years of activity, Beit Hana has trained more than 850 teachers who successfully work in educational institutions in Ukraine, Europe, the USA and Israel.
