The Office of the Government Action Coordinator accuses international organizations of lying and failing to organize the distribution of humanitarian aid in the Gaza Strip. This was prompted by claims that Israel had provided just two aid trucks for the entire month of November, which the military denied, claiming that more than 800 aid trucks had been sent.
The head of the Gaza Coordination Office stressed that statements about blocking aid are lies and that the problem lies in the logistical capabilities of international organizations. At the Kerem Shalom checkpoint, 885 trucks carrying humanitarian aid have been idling for months without being picked up, causing some of the aid to spoil.
Since the start of the war, Israel has sent more than 60,000 truckloads of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip, including fuel, water and cooking gas. Many international organizations do not have time to collect this aid, which leads to its damage and makes it unsuitable for use.
