Russian troops struck Konstantinovka in the Donetsk region, killing five people.

On the morning of September 18, 2025, in Kostyantynivka, the Russian army carried out an airstrike, dropping a FAB-250 bomb on a residential area. The information was provided by the Donetsk region police.

Consequences of the strike

As a result of the attack, five civilians were killed. Among them were two women, aged 62 and 65, and three men — 65, 67, and 74 years old.

Four apartment buildings were damaged. Local residents report the destruction, noting that the impact of the strike was felt over a significant distance.

Investigation of the incident

The police have launched an investigation under the article on violations of the laws and customs of war (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) in connection with the incident. These measures are aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the attack and responsibility for it.
