Acre came under fire

On September 26, 2024, the city of Acre and its surrounding areas were alarmed when Lebanese militants opened fire at 10:46 a.m. This happened shortly after information about an Israeli drone strike on a car in Kafr Shuba in the south of the country, which resulted in casualties.

According to the reports, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has ordered the army and security services to reduce the number and intensity of attacks in Lebanon, given the plans of the United States and France to mediate between Israel and Hezbollah. A 21-day ceasefire is planned to achieve a peace agreement in both Lebanon and Gaza.

These measures are aimed at ending hostilities and finding a diplomatic solution to the conflict between the parties in order to prevent further escalation of tensions and casualties.
