The Ukrainian cultural and development center “We are together!” (Haifa) announced on February 2, 2025, the opening of a Hebrew study group for beginners.
This course provides an opportunity for Ukrainian refugees to take their first steps in learning the language and to feel more confident while living in Israel.
Knowledge of Hebrew will facilitate job searching, daily communication, and integration into society.
“Our courses will assist everyone who wants to learn the alphabet, read, and acquire basic vocabulary,” say the organizers.
Course Details
📌 Format: Classes once a week on Sundays
📍 Address: Haifa, st. Azmaut, 62
🕕 Time: 18:00
📆 Duration: 2 months, after which participants will transition to an intensive group.

Who can sign up?
🔹 Priority group: Ukrainian refugees with “tourist” status who cannot access Ulpani services subsidized by the government.
🔸 Repatriates can also apply – if free spots remain, they will be included in the group.
