By the end of 2025, Russia will supply Iran with 50 modern Su-35 fighters of the “4++” generation.
These aircraft will become part of the largest defense agreement between Tehran and Moscow, reports Military Watch Magazine, which also includes Mi-28 attack helicopters and Yak-130 training aircraft.
For Israel, this means that in the event of a conflict, Russian aircraft flown by Iranian pilots could become a real threat.
Iran has already begun preparing the infrastructure: new hangar complexes are being built at the air base in Hamadan, and Iranian crews are undergoing training. Hamadan is a strategic base capable of controlling the West, South Caucasus and the Persian Gulf.
Russia helps Israel's enemies
Many analysts are asking: Why doesn’t Israel react to this deal? After all, the Su-35s that Iran is receiving are clearly preparing for war. These are multi-role fighters capable of intercepting targets at a range of up to 400 km, operating in difficult conditions and carrying up to 12 tons of weapons.
