The growing number of students from India and other countries highlights Ukraine’s role as an important educational hub. It is important to note that despite Russia’s aggressive actions and the destruction caused by military occupation, Ukrainian universities retain their attractiveness and international prestige. The country not only fights for its independence, but also continues to maintain a high level of educational services.

For Israel, which also faces threats on its territory, Ukraine remains an important partner in the educational sphere. However, Russia's aggression against Ukraine may have a negative impact on student mobility and cause a decrease in the number of students from Israel and other countries if the war continues. Russia, as an aggressor country, directly threatens stability in the region, which affects not only the economy, but also other areas, including education.
