Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Galant canceled a visit to the Pentagon planned for October 9.

“We have just been informed that Secretary Gallant is postponing his trip to Washington,” US deputy defense spokeswoman Sabrina Singh said at a briefing, referring questions about the reasons for the cancellation to the Israeli government.

She noted that the Pentagon is looking forward to seeing Secretary Galant later.
