Last August, the government stopped funding health insurance for refugees over 60 without warning. After the scandal, it promised to extend insurance for Ukrainian refugees, but at the expense of cutting spending on other citizens. Now it is becoming clear that even the High Court of Justice cannot protect the rights of refugees, as the government ignores the decisions of the Supreme Court.
