Israeli media on the evening of October 12 reported about US plans to deploy Thaad and Aegis missile defense systems on Israeli territory to protect against a possible missile attack from Iran. It is noted that these batteries will be serviced by American personnel.

The Walla portal indicates that the Israeli Ministry of Defense has already made an official request to the Pentagon for additional assistance in the field of defense and possible attacks. So far, Americans have only responded positively to requests for defense assistance.
