Russian Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov and his assistant were blown up at the entrance of a residential building on Ryazansky Avenue in Moscow on the night of December 17, 2024. The Ukrainian military claims that the K-1 grenades with toxic substances CS and CN used by the Russians do not meet the standards. These actions are prohibited by international convention.
