Due to the threat of Hezbollah terrorists, hospitals in northern Israel are taking security measures. Patients who do not require emergency treatment are being discharged and new admissions are being suspended. Immobile patients and patients with limited mobility are being transferred to secure underground floors.

Some medical centers, such as Rambam and Bnei Zion, have begun the process of moving patients to underground floors. Carmel Hospital in Haifa has suspended day hospital admissions. Nahariya Hospital management has moved operating rooms and some departments to secure areas.

The Health Ministry is advising citizens with increased blood reserves to prepare for potential war. Hospitals in the north of the country are operating amid worsening security, urging citizens to postpone visits unless urgent.
