Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced readiness to respond to Russian strikes on domestic energy. According to him, if the Kremlin threatens a blackout in Kyiv, the response will be similar — a special action will lead to outages in Moscow.

Mirror Reaction to Aggression

During a press interaction on Saturday, Zelensky emphasized that Ukraine does not intend to leave aggressive actions unanswered. In case of a threat from the enemy, actions will be adequate and symmetrical.

The president also noted that civilized countries, including Ukraine, do not initiate conflicts first but do not show weakness in response to aggression.

Occupied Territories and International Support

Zelensky also touched on the topic of online maps of occupied territories. According to him, the presence of “red areas” on these applications does not always confirm actual occupation: the software only shows the presence of the enemy.

The president added: “All these individuals can be destroyed by evening.” Misinterpretation of the situation, in his opinion, can mislead both Ukrainians and international partners.

Support from the USA

Separately, the head of state commented on the issues of mutual assistance from the United States. According to Zelensky, the White House does not see positive signals from Russia that could indicate readiness to end the conflict. That is why the American side does not plan to seek alternative ways to support Ukraine.

Air Defense from Israel and Germany

Earlier, the President of Ukraine reported on the operation of the Patriot air defense system supplied by Israel, which has been protecting Ukrainian airspace for a month. Additional systems from Germany are also expected.
