On October 7, 2024, on the anniversary of the October 7 tragedy, numerous posters in support of Israel appeared on the streets of Kyiv.

Israeli Ambassador to Ukraine Michael Brodsky expressed his gratitude to the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA) for this gesture:

“Today posters appeared on the streets of Kyiv reminiscent of the October 7 tragedy in Israel. I am very grateful to the mayor of Kyiv and the city administration for the fact that, despite the war in Ukraine, they found an opportunity to support Israel.

Israel is deeply grateful to the people of Ukraine for their important and lasting support.”
