Military expert from Israel, David Sharp, noted that the DPRK could transfer serious weapons to Russia, which could cause problems for the Ukrainian army. North Korea has a large arsenal of weapons that could be offered to Moscow. It should be noted that the weapons provided by the DPRK are the basis for Russia's military power.

One of the main problems for Ukraine, according to Sharp, is the 122 and 152 mm shells supplied to Russia by North Korea. The information shows that a huge number of ammunition containers could have been used or stored for future use. The military expert noted that KN-23 missiles dealt serious blows to Ukrainian cities.

Most likely, the supplies came from North Korean army stocks, since the country is not capable of producing such volumes every year. However, North Korea may offer Russia military assistance in other areas, such as basic armored vehicles and artillery.

Russia has already received 100 artillery systems from the DPRK, including M1989 self-propelled howitzers and M1991 missile launchers, as well as dozens of KN-23 ballistic missiles. M1989 howitzers can fire projectiles up to 40 kilometers, and M1991 missile launchers represent new capabilities for Russia. They can fire missiles up to 60 kilometers and are superior to most artillery systems in Ukraine's arsenal.
